The Train
Now Arriving... was filmed with
authorisation of Chris Cornell of the Watercress Line in September
2001. The railway is ten miles long, running between Alresford and
Alton, near the A31 Winchester to Farnham main road, just over an
hour from London. The railway was once part of the British main-line
network but is now independently owned and operated as a heritage
steam railway. It is now a popular
tourist attraction in the South-East of England.
